Food Journal : Yo Cafe

Back with food journal.. I tried new cafe in my town, named Yo Cafe. It is placed in the new Graha Natasha Skin Care, at Jalan Kaliurang Yogyakarta. Basically, they provide light meals, like snacks, beverages, pastries, and lot of desserts!! :D

I ordered lots of dessert yesterday, but my favorite is chocolate truffle!! It’s sooo chocolate :) the cake is more like mousse, because really2 soft. But i loveeee this one..

Eclair, with pisthacios at the top.

American Chocolate Cake, tastes almost like chocolate truffle.

Orange Charlotte, tastes fresh. The cake is a bit sour.

Mango Pudding, the pudding is more like mousse, with slices of mango at the top.  

Black Russian, this cake consist of vodka, so i dont really like eating this too much. But if u like something different, u should try this.

Spinach beef Quiche, tastes really good!! My favorite for the pastries!!

For the beverages, we ordered Orange Peach juice and Tropical Tea. The orange in orange peach juice isnt really tasty, only slice of orange at the top. And the tropical tea is more like passion fruit for me :D

 

Beside the order, they also offer beverage like coffee or latte, and also pasta for eat. Quite good for a new cafe.

Photoshoot for Kofenoir

So today i was doing some photoshoots for my friend, who’s helping her friend whom is also my friend.. Hahaha.. So the point is i helped these two of my friends,. The one is from advertising, she does the photo. And the other is the cafe owner.

The cafe name is Kofenoir, placed in Jalan Kaliurang Yogyakarta. It has great menus and coffee, the owner took a hospitality study in Genting. The coffee taste real, says my friend. The chocolate is also good. Pancake is one of my favorite actually. The chocolate is really delicious! ;)

It has a great atmosphere actually, silent and chill. With touch of jazz music. But maybe because of the far away place (from my home specially), not so many people know this cafe. So it’s really great idea to promoting this cafe.

The photoshoot is for promoting her cafe, the concept is that Kofenoir is a cozy place where you can hangout with friends, share the happiness, or maybe sadness too. Great place for lover too.. What we did is really kinda advertising shoots.

Food Journal : Cafe Coklat

Yup, Coklat (means chocolate in English) is a homy cafe that offers so many kind of chocolates. U can get so many choices of drinks, cakes, desserts, and even a snacks like Pocky and Kinder Bueno. The best thing in Coklat is the comfort place and interior. They also offer free hotspot here.  But this cafe usually really crowded at night. So sometimes u wont get any seat.

The best menu that i’ve ever tried here is Our Recipe. It’s like a chocolate cake with chocolate sauce and strawberries inside the cake. It’s so damn delicious. But if u dont really like sweets, do not order it. I was a lil bit disappointed when i ordered Choco Volcano coz i thought it was like chocomelt. The fact is it was totally different with chocomelt, no melted chocolate inside, and tasted weird fyi. I forgot the name of my favorite drink but it must be chocolate also :) The cakes here taste really good too.

The most important thing is the affordable price. Lovely place to date or hangout with friends and of course a heaven for chocolate’s lover, like me!! ;)
